I am looking to sublet my room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat for 5 weeks over the summer! The dates are somewhat flexible, but ideally from 22nd July to 26th August.
You would be sharing the flat with two lovely girls in their mid-twenties. The flat is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Surrey Quays, just a few minutes from the river, with beautiful views of Canary Wharf. The complex has a Tesco Express, Co-op, restaurant, and cafes on site, and there is a big Lidl and Tesco Extra just 10 minutes away!
The flat is always kept clean and tidy, and you would have your own private bathroom, with a walk in shower, located next to the bedroom. There is also a balcony, perfect for dinner and drinks in the sun!
The area is well-connected. Surrey Quays station is a 10-minute walk, and Canada Water station, where you can access the Jubilee Line, is approximately 15 minutes away on foot. It is just a 4-minute tube to London Bridge.
I will have moved most of my belongings out of the room, so it will be ready for you to make it feel like home!
Rent for the 5 weeks is £1200, with bills included.
