Large double room available in Surrey Quays

Large double room will be available in our 3-bedroom + 2 Bathroom flat in the new UNCLE building in Deptford from the 1st of September. Room is quite spacious and comes with the bed and built in wardrobe. Potentially, a set of drawers and a mirror can also be left in the room, if necessary.

You would be sharing the bathroom in the pictures with Olivia (existing female flatmate). We're both working professional and pretty chill.

We keep things quite clean, so someone with the same mindset would be most welcome.

The entire flat is quite spacious and well lit. Common living space and kitchen with large balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge.

The UNCLE building in Deptford has great security and a large and modern co-working space, a dedicated parcel room, and a lift. The apartment has floor heating.

Great connectivity: there are 2 tube stations nearby - 1. Surrey Quays (Overground) which is 0.7 miles (10 mins walk)
2. Canada Water station (Jubilee Line) which is 1 mile away (approx 20 mins walk)
There is a Lidl and Tesco express in 0.4 miles (approx 5-8 mins walk) and Surrey Quays shopping center with Tesco Extra, Boots, Clarks, River Island, Superdrug and many more.

There’s a park right in front of the building.
Nearest bus stand is 3 mins walk.
London and North Greenwich are both 30 minutes away by bus.
