Friendly/fun household sublet in Surrey Quays

Recently been made redundant so I'm looking to sublet ASAP, open to all period lengths. Will need the room back eventually but not for a fair few months.

The property is located in Surrey Quays, its a 3 floor 3 bedroom house with a nice sized garage a livingroom and a driveway which will be available to use.

The bedroom is a double sized room which comes with a large built in wardrobe, double bed, desk to work on, draws, lamp and a bedside draw.

We have a nice sized livingroom with 3 sofas (1 is a sofa bed), fairy lights and a projector which we normally watch TV/films or play videogames together on.

You'll be sharing a bathroom with 1 of the current tenants which has a shower.

The 2 current tenant's are Charlie (26M accountant) and Adam (26M music technician).
Both of them are really funny, we all love hanging out together, having BBQs in the garden and having a drink together. We all go to festivals/gigs/pubs and looking for someone to tag along with the fun!

Myself (Lewis) am looking to move back home to Essex for a bit to save a little extra money, but I'll still be hanging around the occasional weekend!

The area is AMAZING with the quays literally a minute walk away and the view of the Thames/Canary Wharf is surreal!

Its very well connected to anywhere in London as Surrey Quays overground station is about 10-15 min walk or a 5min bus
Canada Water overground/jubilee line is a 20min walk or a 10min bus

We have a lot of grocery shops available in the area, closest being Spar on our doorstep or you have Lidl 10min walk or a big Tesco also a 10min walk.

All of our favourite pubs are in the area too, Pacific Tavern is a MUST, Mayflower also a must, The Victoria is our closest of around 5min walk and we also have Deptford high street a 20min walk.
