Myself and my flatmate are sadly moving out our lovely flat after 2 years, and while one of the rooms is now gone, we have another lovely room available on the final week of August! (flexible on exact date)

Transport 🚊

It’s around a 7 minute walk to Surrey Quays Overground station and a 15 minute walk to Canada Water station (Jubilee Line). There is also a big Tesco and Lidl nearby, the house is right next to Southwark Park and it is walking distance to Tower Bridge, London Bridge and Bermondsey high street 🍺

Rent and bills 💸

The rent for this room is £1000, bills are fairly cheap and cost around £110 per month. This includes wifi, electric, water and council tax.

The room comes furnished with a wardrobe, bedside table and double bed. The bathroom will also only be shared by two people.

This will be a 13 month contract, and our landlady is incredibly efficient and helpful if we have any issues.

Flatmate 👯‍♀️

You will be sharing with our lovely flatmate in her early 20’s who works from the office five times a week, is very clean, tidy and respectful 🥰

This place are an absolute steal for the ease of commute into the city, and I would have definitely stayed longer if I wasn’t moving in with my partner 🙈
