Have an early start to my next lease, so I'm looking to sublet out my room till October at £950pcm/ 237.5 perweek.

This is a queer LGBT household, so we would ideally like someone who's also from the community!

Amenities:
- Double bedroom, fully furnished
- Shared kitchen and bathroom with all white goods included
- Large living room with balcony attached

Disability access
- There is a lift and ramps throughout the building, but maintenance is awful, so probably not ideal for full time wheelchair users

Location:
- 2 mins to Lidl, 5 mins to Surrey Quays station, and 10 mins to Canada Water
- Very safe and LGBT friendly area

Bills
- 950 pcm/237.5 per week
- Roughly £50 for bills and gas, £61.35 for water bills, £32.25 for wifi. Split 50/50 with flatmate.
- Council tax B
