Double Room with Bathroom- Surrey Quays Docklands

Hi I'm Charlie,

I'm looking for a house mate, student or professional, for a room in a house in the Surrey Quays Dockland area.

I love this area, it's quiet and peaceful, surrounded by trees and water. The house is 3 stories with a kitchen and living room, two work spaces in the middle floor and two bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor.

The house has 3 bathrooms (two top floor), one ground. There are two patios, the back one has a flowerbed I'm currently failing to cultivate anything but weeds on and a hot tub which can be used from time to time.

I'm an entrepreneur, working in politics and tech so i'm normally out in Westminster 2/3 days a week. Otherwise I work out of the big office room. I like to study part time alongside my work, previously doing a post grad diploma in marketing part time at KCL, currently pending on MBA applications.

I'm looking for a student or young professional. I'm quite extroverted so more likely to get on with someone who matches that energy. My girlfriend stays over sometimes on the weekends.

Would need to discuss bills etc, we are Council tax band D. But my biggest priority is finding a good house mate who I get on with. Very open to suggestions for buying new plants.
