Lovely double room on the river

Double room available to move in from now.

The house faces the river and can be seen from your front door step. It has great access to transport with the overground being just a 10 minute walk and the underground a 10-15 minute walk.

This room comes furnished with a wardrobe, small chest of draws, desk, shelving unit and small mirror. There’s also enough room to put some personal items *sofa in photo not included in the room*
The house has a living room with 2 sofas in and a tv.
There is also a dining table in the kitchen.
The property has a small garden with some seating outside.
The room is on the second floor of the house with one bathroom that is shared between you and the other resident on this floor. Luckily you only have to share a bathroom with one other person!
There is also a downstairs toilet and a separate shower room for the residents of the first floor.
There is a balcony with the room across the corridor having private access to but, if/when permitted by resident, you also have access to.

Current flatmates-
3 young professional creatives that just graduated, they are social and enjoy going for a trip down the pub but also appreciate there alone time when needed.
2 males and one female.
