Hello,

We are Adrien & Mathilde, two friendly people looking for a new flatmate, male or female. We are 39 and 25 years old, non-smokers, working in central London, looking for a 3rd quiet, calm person like us to join us in our calm and friendly flat.

THE ROOM AVAILABLE is a large well furnished bedroom. Short or long term possibility.

Room includes a King size double bed, long desk, table and chair, wardrobes and cupboard.

SIZE of the room : Approximately 10 feet width and 14.5 length

Common rooms : kitchen (with washer/drier, oven, gas hob, large fridge/freezer), bathroom (with large bath and separate shower), separate toilet. Fibre Optic broadband/wifi (150mbps).
Deptford Park is also 1 minute walk from the house (directly behind it).

THE AVAILABLE DATE IS FROM: 1st October 2025

The rent will be £975 per month, bills included.
The bills are £120 per person per month. If the amount of bills goes above £120, then we’ll split in 3 the difference.
We are not using central heating (and we don’t really want to) but only small radiators in our rooms, so we only went above £120 per person one time!

The flat itself is really conveniently located, with public transport if you work in central London. The house is located:
-10 minutes walk from Surrey Quays Overground station (5 min by bus)
-16 minutes walk from Canada Water tube station, (10 min by bus)
-25 minutes bus to London Bridge

We have a bus stop 2mins from the house, where you can catch buses 47 (24h), 188 (24h), 199, and N1.

What also is really cool and convenient about the location, is that we’re close to Surrey Quays shopping centre, with Tesco (open 24/7), Starbucks, and other shops. It’s also close to Greenwich, the Thames River and Greenland dock ferry service.
