This is a 2 bed 2 bath flat in the Marine Wharf development in Surrey Quays. 1 en-suite double bedroom is available for short term let while I’m away traveling. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, monitor, and closet which you are welcome to use.

Rent would be £1,008 for the duration. Utilities would be on top.

The flat is a modern build with lots of natural light and 2 balconies (one in living room and one in bedroom). The block is very secure with 24 hour concierge.

There is Tesco express just 100 feet from the building, multiple bus stops with buses running to Canada Water station, and a 10 min walk to Surrey Quays Overground station.

You will be sharing with my current flatmate, 26 F, working in the Charity sector. The flat is kept very neat and tidy, so looking for someone who is respectful and very neat. No parties.
