The Flat
A spacious third floor apartment in a stunning complex, available as my lovely flatmate is moving out of London!

The apartment has a long hallway and your lovely bedroom is at the end of it! My room is at the start of the hallway and my current flatmate and never hear each other in our rooms which is great when working from home!

We also have a large open plan kitchen and living space with plenty of storage space, you can also utilise the utility room for extra storage if needed. There is also a huge balcony!

The room is a double room with your own Juliet balcony and bathroom (please note the bathroom is not an en suite but next to the room and it will be all yours!).

The flat will come part-furnished as there will be furniture in the living spaces and balcony but you will need to furnish your own room (I have a clothes rail and bedside table you can use if you want to). The furniture you see in the photos mostly belongs to the current flatmate.

You also have a 24 hour concierge and 24 hour gym (both included in the rent) and private rooftop garden only accessible to those who live in the building.

Free parking is available on the weekend for guests!

Rent is £1100
Bills are around £200 per month

The flat is managed by Regency who are very responsive!

The Area
- [ ] 4 min bus or 15 mins walk to Surrey Quays (overground) station
- [ ] 8 min bus or 22 minute walk to Canada Water (Jubilee line) and overground
- [ ] 9 min walk to Greenland Surrey Quays Pier
The complex is like a mini village with the concierge, gym, three Resturant/cafes (two of which have their own deli/shop), a beauticians and hair salon, yoga studios, other gyms offering classes, barbers/tattooist and three supermarkets (Coop, Tesco express and China Ark) in the complex area and Lidl is just across the road from an exit to the complex.

This place really is an absolute sanctuary away from the chaos of the city, however a short walk will take you to the bustling high street of Surrey Quays high street with its Resturant’s, shops, wine bars and pubs and even a shopping centre! There are also some beautiful parks nearby.
