House boat top flat

Super amazing house boat that has two flats (one upstairs one downstairs). You would be living upstairs!

Around a 10 min walk from Surrey Quays overground, a 15 min walk to Canada Water, Tesco express is 5 min walk, lidl 17 min walk, and Surrey Quays shopping centre 15min walk!

The flat has a massive deck area, a washing machine, four stove hob, AC, normal toilet/plumbing and a king sized bed!

The space feels really large once inside, the property comes part furnished with a sofa bed, that’s surprisingly comfortable, some drawers/cabinets and stools for the bar in the kitchen.

Ideally would like someone who is knowledgeable on boats or has lived on one before. Mature and responsible.
If you are a student, I would have to ask the landlord if it’s okay, however, I highly doubt he would allow it.

Move in date could be flexible, could be late October, or mid November, we can try and work around your needs!
Rent is £1250, bills usually vary from £120/£170 (that’s with council tax, water, electrics, etc) we also have wifi that we can try and pass on to you as we have a three year contract.
