Looking for a flatmate

Hi,
I have a double bedroom with separate bathroom available 25th October in Surrey Quays/Canada Water (floorplan is bedroom 2 with the bathroom downstairs).
Quiet area, flat is on the top floor.
Flat is a duplex with 2 private balconies, 1 patio - view of the river.

There’s also a study room — perfect if you’re working from home. I already have my own desk in my bedroom, so the space is all yours to set up your home office. We will share the closet in there.

15 min walk from Surrey Quays/Canada Water station. 1 min walk from Greenland Surrey Quays Piers.

Current flatmate is moving out and leaving her mattress if you’re interested (there’s a chest of drawers from the landlord and we can ask him for a bedframe if necessary - photos are from when we moved in).

Living room is fully furnished with dining table, sofa and huge TV.

I’m looking for a professional, hybrid worker (2-3 days/week office), friendly, considerate, clean and tidy.

About me:
I’m 39, from France originally, lived in NYC, and have been calling London home for the past 10 years. I head into the office 3–4 times a week, which means you’ll get some peace and quiet, but I’m also social and always up for a glass of wine (did I mention I’m French?).

Weekends are my balance of catching up with friends and enjoying some downtime — watching movies, reading and a bit of cooking therapy.
I’m clean, tidy, and respectful, and I’m looking for a flatmate who shares the same vibe: considerate, friendly, and up for the occasional chat over a good meal or bottle.
