I’m looking for a new flatmate to share two-bedroom flat in Surrey Quays (SE, Zone 2). My current flatmate is moving abroad, so her room will soon be ready for someone new to call home.

The flat is cosy, bright, and has amazing views from both the living room and bedrooms. It’s right by the river, in a peaceful spot between Canada Water and Lewisham (Surrey Quays/Docks) - perfect if you love being near the water but still want easy access to central London.

Getting around:
• Uber Boat: 3 mins walk 🚤
• Bus 199 & N199: 3 mins walk 🚌
• Other buses (East/Central): 10 mins walk
• Surrey Quays (Overground): 12 mins walk
• Canada Water (Jubilee Line): 20 mins walk 🚇

Rent: around £1000/month (with all bills)

A little about me:
I’m 31, work in digital marketing for a publishing company, and I’m friendly, tidy, and easy-going.
In my free time, I love travelling, dancing, running, going to the gym, discovering new cafés, or trying out fun activities.

I’d love to find someone who’s relaxed and sociable - happy to chat or hang out together, but who also enjoys their own space.
