We are delighted to advert a room for single occupancy in the lovely 3 bedrooms house 10 minutes walk from
Surrey Quays.

The room comes fully furnished.

The communal area is clean and tidy, fully equipped fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all kitchen appliances.

To secure the room a holding deposit of £250 is required (this amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance mentioned below)

2 WEEKS (NOTICE PERIOD)
and also a One off payment of £250, this will cover the bills (Utilities Bills only) for the initial 3 months of the contract, after the 3 month if you decide to continue with the contract on a rolling basis, no further payment towards the bills will be required.

**All the flatmates are professionals people, they are clean and respectful, so we are looking to keep it in the same standard.
