Room in Surrey Quays student flat

Hello!
I currently live in this third-floor flat with two of my university friends; however, I am moving away and need someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible until June 2026.
The room advertised is the largest room in the property. We have one shared bathroom and a shared kitchen/living area upstairs. The flat is in a gated community and a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station (Surrey Quays) and 10 minutes away from a big Tesco, but 2 minutes away from a Tesco Extra!
The bills are part of a student company and we all pay £140 on top of rent a month and no council tax as we are all students.
We all mainly stay in our own spaces other than the occasional running into eachother in the corridor as the other two are also students at Goldsmiths and work part time also.
The room comes with the bed (different bed frame if needed), the drawers, the bedside shelf thing? , and the desk and I could include the rail if wanted.
Its a great area and we have cool neighbours too and a great place for students to live!
Looking for a student (to avoid tax) who will get along with the flatmates who are staying and is also clean to take over my room!
