Double room for a woman in a two-bedroom flat :)

Hi, my name is Aggie and I’m moving out of my apartment as I’ll be relocating abroad. This is a lovely two-bedroom flat shared with a 25 y. o. professional who enjoys cozy evenings in the living room with a good movie.

I’ll be moving out on the 3rd of November, and I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for at least six months. You can discuss the tenancy details directly with my flatmate, as she and her boyfriend are currently on the contract.
The rent is due on the 10th of each month, so I’d like someone to move in and take over my tenancy for a short 7-day overlap before starting fresh from the 10th of November. The deposit is five weeks’ rent (£980), and bills are around £100 per month.

The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from Surrey Quays Station (Overground), 25 min on foot/10 min by bus to Canada Water (Jubilee Line), and 5 minutes from bus stops into Central London. It has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Located on a high floor, it has amazing views of Canary Wharf from your room 😊
Local amenities include Lidl (10 min away), Tesco (15 min), and smaller Co-op and Tesco within 5 minutes. There’s also a big park nearby.

My flatmate is looking to live with a woman aged 18–40, vegetarian or vegan, and tidy. You should also be comfortable with pets, as there’s a cute one-year-old cat living here 😊 Another cat may be considered.
