I'm looking for someone to take on my tenancy as I am locked in until February 2026 but am moving out soon. The original tenancy is £1000 per month but I'm willing to go down to £800 (can negotiate) in order to take it off my hands. The tenancy runs until the end of February but if you wanted to you could extend until August 2026 (February is a break clause).
My current flatmate is a friend from uni who is very chill. He is moving to the US in February so would also be ending his stay then.
