Double Room in friendly 4-bed house - Surrey Quays

Hello! 👋

We have a double room going in our 4-bed house in Surrey Quays (Zone 2)!

🛏️ The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and desk. The bathroom is shared with only one housemate. Rent is £863 + bills (~£130 covering council tax, water, internet, gas, electricity and a cleaner). We’re looking for someone to move in early December 2025!

🏡 The house features a cosy living room/open kitchen area and a garden (great for catching some afternoon sun ☀️). There is also a parking spot and a garage that we use for storage.

📍 It’s a lovely location, right by the Thames, a short walk from Surrey Quays (Windrush Line) and Canada Water (Jubilee) stations. There is also a bus stop right outside the house and a great cycleway connecting you to London Bridge and the City. 🚲

🛒 For amenities, the Tesco Extra, Lidl, Boots, and a couple of local delis are walking distance and will cover all your needs. We also have a gym, yoga studio, climbing wall, padel courts and various pubs nearby, so there’s lots to do in the area.

👫 You’d be living with three young professionals: Nikita (25) works in research comms, Rahul (26) works in law, Pietro (27) works in market research. We all have busy lives but like to hang out as a flat too - think dinner, pub, live music, movie nights and yoga - we do it all! We also care about keeping the house clean and tidy — the cleaner helps, but everyone plays their part and respects the shared spaces.
