Room available in Surrey Quays (zone 2)

Hello hello!

I have one bedroom available in a cosy second floor flat in Surrey Quays (zone 2). Room is listed as a single but it does have a double mattress, it's just a small room (approx 3.6 x 2 metres). One bathroom with a bath/shower combo and the living room/kitchen area is open plan. There is also space on the landing outside the front door for storage.
In the room is currently a double mattress, a chest of drawers, a nightstand and a clothing rack. A bed frame for the double mattress can be brought in by the landlord on request, or he has a single bed in storage as well. And of the current furniture can also be removed if you want. The area!
Surrey Quays (Windrush line) is a 2 minute walk up the street, and Canada Water (Windrush and Jubilee lines) is about a 7-10 minute walk. The Surrey Quays shopping centre is 5 minutes away on foot and includes a big Tesco. There is also a Lidl under a 10 minute walk.
Across the street is the Surrey Docks (Wetherspoons) and there are other really nice pubs around the quay and lots of food places.

Council tax band B - £61
Thames Water - £56.5 (trying to get this lessened)
Gas & leccy (Octopus Energy) - £37.5
Wifi - £15 (currently with Vodaphone, but I'll probably be changing as my signup discount expires in January)
Total - £170, so with rent it's a combined total of £920 per month. Pretty much everything is in my name, but I'm happy to sign some over to you if that's what you'd like. Rent has to come out of one account, so that will be the only one that cannot change.

About me!
I'm a bit of a homebody and am usually in the flat. I have an Xbox Series X and am a big fan of Red Dead and other story-based games. I like crafty things and I'm always working on a personal project like sewing, woodcarving or model making. I enjoy physical media so I've got a vinyl player, VHS, DVDs and cassettes. I'm also a big movie buff, my top genres are horror and 80s comedies. I also bake often so don't worry about dessert! I work as a studio assistant at an animation company and am aiming to become a set/puppet fabricator for stop motion animations. When I'm not at home I like going out for walks around the city and going to the cinema, and I'm trying to take some more trips out of the city to visit historical sites, go hiking and try new things.
