En-suite room in 2 bed flat in Canada Water

Hi guys,

Very sadly my lovely flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend next month and I’m looking for a professional to take on her room! I work remotely so would prefer someone that goes into the office or has a hybrid set up!

Rent: £1050 exc bills (bills inc energy, council tax, WiFi and we have a cleaner come in every 2 weeks come up to around £200-250pcm as council tax is on the high end). The room will be available from the 20th of December so will be looking for someone to move in around that time.

The flat is well connected and has loads of amenities around! Closest stations are Surrey Quays Overground Windrush line (5-7 min walk) with direct trains to Clapham, Shoreditch and Whitechapel, and Canada Water station (12 min walk). It’s a lovely, peaceful location, tucked away in a residential, new build area.

Tesco Express across the road, Spar, and Co-op all within 5 mins radius of the flat. There is a big Lidl 10 min walk away, and Tesco Extra and Surrey Quays shopping center 10-12 min walk away. There are a couple of gyms and fitness classes down the road as well as a cute Italian deli and cafe that has great coffee and food!

The flat itself is a steal for the location and amenities. It is a 2 bed and 2 bath, very spacious open plan living room and kitchen with a dishwasher. There is ample storage and it is very secure. The flat also comes with a free parking space enclosed in the building car park.

A bit about me: I’m 26 and I work in tech consulting (mostly remote). clean, respectful, and easy-going. I love cooking (I am forever scrolling through recipes online to try out and currently trying loads of South-Asian dishes), trying new restaurants and cafe’s (love a coffee and pastry in the mornings), and a good Netflix night with snacks and the occasional night out.

Also quite into fitness and go to the gym and classes quite regularly - would love a gym buddy too🏋️

Looking for a like-minded flatmate who’s friendly, easygoing and appreciates a clean, calm home. I love a little social time here and there, but not a big party flat — more of a peaceful, busy-life vibe 😊
