Ensuite double room in Surrey Quays

Hello! I’m sadly moving out of this wonderful flat and looking for a replacement tenant for my lovely flatmate Kash. The flat is very spacious and quiet in a gated block with a parking space if needed (included in the rent cost). The room is a double with an en suite with lots of storage.
The flat is a 5-10 minute walk from Surrey Quays station and next to the flat is a lovely Italian deli which does the best limoncello spritzes ever, and next to a Tesco express and Spar which is open late every day including Sundays.
Kash will be staying in the flat and she is absolutely lovely - she works in tech, has a passion for fitness and aerial hoop and loves baking which makes her an amazing flatmate!
