I’m moving out to live with my partner, so I’m looking for someone to take my lovely room and live with my good friend, Callia (f, 26), in Greenland Dock. The room will be available from 6th January, but this is flexible for the right tenant. The lease runs until 20th December 2026, with the option to negotiate with the landlord to extend this.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (stairs only) and overlooks Greenland Dock. A beautiful view year-round, but particularly so in the spring/summer. It is a quiet, well-connected neighbourhood, so if you’re looking for somewhere with a good balance - strong links to the city and a relaxing place to switch off and call home, this could be a perfect spot for you.

It’s an 8min walk to Surrey Quays station (Overground) and 12mins to Canada Water (Overground, Jubilee). The walk is lovely, alongside the waterfront. There’s also a large Tesco on route, which as you can imagine, is very convenient.

There is a large L shaped living room and separate kitchen, plus the two bedrooms and one shared bathroom. Callia is a great flatmate, very friendly, respectful and kind. She is currently doing a part-time masters degree alongside her full-time professional job so ideally is looking for another full time professional to live with, someone who is tidy and wants to make this flat a home.

There is a great local community with frequent events and people generally look out for each other, which is really nice. Lovely local shops, gym, library, bars & pubs.
