Hi, I am looking for someone to replace me on the contract for this beautiful spacious room in a 2 bed apartment. Ideally from mid-Jan but I am flexible to push the date ahead. I have to leave the flat due to personal reasons where I cannot continue paying this amount of rent.

It is located in a beautiful modern residential complex with a free gym and various groceries stores and cafes in the complex itself. A huge tesco at a short walk.
It is a 5min walk to the river with beautiful view of canary wharf, 10 min walk to 2 big parks and 10 min walk to Surrey Quays station, 17 min walk to Canada water station and multiple bus stops around.
It is a spacious 2 bed 2 toilet, fully furnished, comes with all appliances and balcony. The apartment has EPC rating B (very good).
About the room and toilet:
It is a furnished (no study table)
double room with a shared balcony. You will have your own toilet (not ensuite) as it is a 2 toilet apartment. The room and toilet are kept extremely neat and clean with regular weekly cleaning.
