Hi, I am looking for someone to replace me on the contract for this nice and cozy room in a 2 bed apartment. Ideally from mid-Feb but I am flexible on the date.

It is a 5min walk to the river with beautiful view of canary wharf, 10 min walk to 2 big parks and 10 min walk to Surrey Quays station, 17 min walk to Canada water station and multiple bus stops around.
It is a spacious 2 bed 2 toilet, fully furnished, comes with all appliances and balcony. The apartment has EPC rating B (very good).
About the room and toilet:
It is a furnished double room with a shared balcony. You will have your own toilet. The room and toilet are kept extremely neat and clean with regular weekly cleaning.

The bills are additional and all including around £200 pp.
