House is on a private gated street so very safe.
Bathroom upstairs and separate shower and toilet downstairs
One full double bedroom one small double.
Downstairs is an open plan living room kitchen dining room, and the a separate room with bathroom suitable as a study, guest room, or I use it as a snug.
Right opposite Deptford park and 10 minute walk from Surrey Quays, 20 minute walk from Canada Water.
I am the current tenant. I love the area but will move to my friends property on the same street.
Current tenancy runs up to 31 August 2026. Looking for someone to transfer the tenancy to. Landlord is flexible to extensions etc.
