Spare Room in Surrey Quays (2 bed, 2 bath)

I’m looking for someone to share my flat with - a 2 bed, 2 bath with spacious living room and storage in Surrey Quays. Ideally a professional or a postgraduate student that doesn’t mind nights and weekends in.

I am a 26-year-old female professional and prefer a quiet environment but am more than happy to watch a movie or spend time chatting, laughing, playing games! I like board and video games, reading, crocheting, going to the cinema…

You would have your own bathroom (not en-suite but therefore bigger!) and double room on the ground floor (not road-facing).

The room is currently not furnished but select furniture could be provided if necessary. The living room already has some furniture but if you have any to add, feel free to bring it :).

Surrey Quays station is a 10min walk away, where you can take the Overground to Whitechapel for the Lizzy Line or go straight Shoreditch. Canada Water can be reached in 20min walking or via Overground and the journey to London Bridge or Green Park can be done in under 10mins. There are also several busses nearby (188, 199, 47, 205, etc.).
