I’m looking for a second flatmate to join me in a two-bedroom flat in Surrey Quays, right on the quay with lovely water views.

The available room is the smaller bedroom, unfurnished (no bed), but it does come with drawers which you’re welcome to use or replace if you’d rather furnish it yourself.

• Fully equipped: TV, air fryer, kettle, toaster, large fridge, plenty of cookware, plates & cutlery
• Balcony overlooking the quay
• WiFi, water & energy already set up (electric only – no gas)
• 1970s build
• Quiet, relaxed neighbourhood

💸 Bills
• Bills usually come to £120+ per month, depending on usage

📍 Location
• Surrey Quays
• Peaceful area with great views
• Well connected while still feeling calm and residential

📅 Contract
• Current contract runs until May
• Very happy to extend for the right person
• Room is available to move into with everything else already in place - deposit I have covered but this will be a topic of conversation when taking the room.
