I’m looking for a second flatmate to join me in a two-bedroom flat in Surrey Quays, right on the quay with lovely water views.

The available room is the smaller bedroom, unfurnished (no bed), but it does come with drawers which you’re welcome to use or replace if you’d rather furnish it yourself.

• Large open-plan kitchen/diner
• Fully equipped: TV, air fryer, kettle, toaster, large fridge, plenty of cookware, plates & cutlery
• Balcony overlooking the quay
• WiFi, water & energy already set up (electric only – no gas)
• 1970s build – spacious but can get chilly in winter
• Quiet, relaxed neighbourhood

💸 Bills
• Bills usually come to £150+ per month, depending on usage

• Peaceful area with great views
• Well connected while still feeling calm and residential

📅 Contract
• Current contract runs until May
• Very happy to extend for the right person
• Room is available to move into with everything else already in place

👤 Looking For

Someone friendly, respectful, and easygoing who’s happy in a calm, shared space.
Sport is a big passion of mine — I play tennis, padel, football and more — so it would be great to live with someone who also enjoys sports, whether that’s playing, watching, or just being active. Ideally looking for someone who’s open to a sociable flat dynamic, but also respectful of personal space.
