A lovely double room for single occupied available from 1st Feb 2026.

£738pcm including some bills ( water, council tax, wireless internet broadband.)
We spilt energy bills(gas & electricity around £35-45) evenly per month. or £ 800 pcm all bills included.

You will share the bathroom with other 2 people.

A cleaner comes once a week.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, Wardrobes, chest of drawers, a desk, a bed table, a chair.

Kitchen is including a microwave, two fridges/freezers, a toaster, a kettle, a washer dryer,(No need to worry about wet laundry any more ) etc.
it is a great space to relax or have a dinner party in.

Sorry, no pets or smoking indoors.

We are just a short 4 mins bus ride to Surrey quays overground station (15 minutes on foot from the house) and
7 minutes bus ride to Canada water station (25 minutes walk from the house).
One stop, 6 mins on the train to London Bridge from Deptford Station where 10 minutes walk from the house)

The bus stop is within 1 minute from our front door.
