Bright bedroom 2 minute walk from Deptford Park

I am moving out of London and am looking for someone, preferably a mid-20s to mid-30s female professional, to take over my room. My 3 flatmates (1 female, 2 male) are friendly, respectful people, and we enjoy drinks/dinners together every few weeks.

To keep the vibe of the flat, I'm looking for someone clean who is respectful of shared spaces and noise. I am looking for someone ready to move in on February 27.

The flat is on the 1st floor and has:
- Lounge (doubles as an office)
- Kitchen
- Shared shower and toilet
- Washer/dryer
- Bills (+internet) are included in the price of rent

The bedroom comes fully furnished with:
- A small double bed
- Drawer space
- Hanging rail for clothes

The flat is a 12-minute walk from Surrey Quays station, a 20-minute walk from Canada Water, a 5-minute walk from Lidl and within 5 minutes of the 225, 188, 199 and 47 buses. There is a large park right behind the flat, and Greeenwhich is just 20 minutes away on the 188.

The attached video was sent to me by the landlord before I moved in about a year ago, and gives you an idea of the layout of the flat in relation to the bedroom.

Only 3 of us use the shared bathroom, as the largest room in the flat comes with an en suite. Kitchen utensils are currently shared between flatmates, and ideally, you would be alright with joining that arrangement.
