Lovely ensuite room in Surrey Quays

Sadly I'm moving out of my lovely 3-bed flat so I'm looking for someone to replace me!

THE ROOM:
The room is a good-sized double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, bedside table and bookshelf. The bathroom is a nice size and a great added bonus!

THE FLAT:
It’s a modern three-bedroom flat with a shared kitchen/living room. The main bathroom is shared between the other two girls.

THE FLATMATES:
Jenn and Libby are both professionals working in hybrid roles in London. They both work during the day Mon-Fri and are ideally looking for someone on a similar schedule. They're really friendly and chilled – always up for a chat or to hang out in the shared spaces but are also respectful of people needing their own space.

THE LOCATION:
The flat has really good transport links. It’s about a 10 minute walk from Surrey Quays overground station on the Windrush Line and a 15-20 minute walk to Canada Water on the Jubilee Line.

There’s a Lidl less than 5 minutes walk from the flat and a big Tesco 15 minutes away. The Tesco is also part of a shopping centre which has a few other useful shops like a Boots and a Card Factory.

RENT AND BILLS:
Rent is £805 per month plus bills.

Bills come to around £125 a month (this includes Wi-Fi, water, energy and council tax).

Deposit is £903.67. There’s also a £33 contract fee to be paid at the start of the tenancy.
