Seeking Lovely Housemate for 2 Bed Flat

Hi there! My name Em and I’m looking for a new housemate as my lovely current housemate is moving out at the end of Feb. I’m 27, work in construction and in my spare time I like to cook, read, go to galleries and museums (or the pub).

I’m in the office five days a week but am around most evenings to chill. I’m a pretty tidy and laidback person but I do like to host the odd dinner party (which you’re very welcome to join!).

I’ve been really lucky that my last few housemates have ended up becoming wonderful mates, so I’m hoping to have something similar again ✨

About the Flat:
- Rent = 900 pcm + bills (usually around £150)
- Deposit = one months rent
- Two bedrooms, one shared bathroom

- Canada Water Station is 20 mins by foot
- Surrey Quays Station is 15 mins by foot
- Uber Boat Pier is 10 mins by foot
- Big Tesco, Lidl nearby.
- Non-smoking flat, pets not allowed.
