Small double for sublet!

Hi! We’re looking for someone to take over one of our housemates room for the remainder of our contract. Small double, some storage available outside of the room. Shared living room and kitchen. One cat in the property, but no other pets allowed.

We’re looking for someone quiet and clean and we’re very serious about this! Preferably someone who doesn’t have their partner over multiple times a week as we all follow this rule and rarely bring people over. We’re just traumatised by previous housemates and we like our peace and quiet that’s all :)
