Large top‑floor suite with private bathroom

I’m moving back to India and looking for someone to take over my room in a 5 bed, 5 bath house. It’s a big top‑floor suite with a private bathroom, its own living area and a balcony that other housemates use only very rarely, so it feels almost like a self‑contained flat. The bedroom has wood floors, a floor‑to‑ceiling window with opening sections, two large fitted cupboards and an attic/loft directly above for extra storage.

The bathroom is huge, with stone tiling, a freestanding tub, a separate shower cubicle, a large window and two mirrors. The adjoining living space has wood floors, a sofa, a coffee table, a fridge and a balcony overlooking trees and the water; the sofa, coffee table, fridge, and lamps can be bought from me if you want to keep the setup. The house has one shared kitchen downstairs with four other housemates and gets good natural light and ventilation throughout.

Location is excellent: about 10 minutes’ walk to Surrey Quays Overground and a Tesco Extra, and around 12 minutes to Canada Water for the Jubilee line and Overground interchange, giving fast links to Canary Wharf and central London. Multiple bus stops are within 10 minutes, and Greenland (Surrey Quays) Pier for the Uber Boat is roughly 3 minutes away.

Wifi is 38 a month to be split between 5 people: 7.6GBP/Month
Council Tax is 216 a month, split between 5 people: 52.2 GBP/Month
The water bill is paid every 6 months roughy 80 pounds per person
Electricity and gas bills are entirely based on usage
