Looking for a new housemate to join a massive three-storey home in a beautiful, quiet part of London that is well-connected (10/15 walk to the overground and 15/20 minute walk to the tube - 10 mins on the overground to Shoreditch and 2 stops on the tube to London Bridge).

The room is on the top floor and comes with your own private bathroom and a balcony right outside the room. The rent is £1200 bills included with a cleaner that comes fortnightly.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 3 balconies with loads of storage throughout. A massive kitchen, 2 fridges, a dishwasher and no clashing schedules with cooking. The house and room is filled with natural sunlight and overlooks the canal, with plenty of cute cafés (one with a farm 5 mins down the road) and pubs just around the corner.

You’ll be sharing with three girls (23-28 - Aussies and British) who are friendly, considerate and respectful of each other’s space. The house is social, enjoy going to the pub or going to the local cafe together every now and then but also have our own separate groups and routines!
