Hey! We’re looking for two new housemates to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat, as I’m moving abroad and we also have another room becoming available.
The flat has:
3 bedrooms
A shared living room and kitchen
A terraced rooftop – perfect for summer BBQs and evening drinks
A relaxed, homely vibe

Rent: £725 per month
Bills: Approx. £150 per month (varies slightly)
Move-in date: 5th April

You’ll be living with Toby, who’s friendly, easy-going, and respectful of shared spaces. We’re looking for someone tidy, considerate, and up for the occasional rooftop hang or shared dinner — but also who enjoys their own space.
