My current flatmate is moving out after purchasing their own place, so I’m looking for a new flatmate to renew the tenancy with from late July (26th or before).

I’m a professional working in London and share the flat with a very friendly Siberian cat, so ideally you’d be comfortable living with cat.

I enjoy fitness, yoga, ballet, travelling and tattoo art. I occasionally practise tattooing as a hobby from home (not frequently), and if you’re into tattoos too, I’d be happy to tattoo you free of charge!

Like most people, I may occasionally have a friend or guest visiting, but I value a peaceful home environment and am always respectful of shared spaces and my flatmate’s privacy.
