Lovely room in a beautiful flat with water view

Looking for someone to take over my lovely room. It’s a small south-facing double room complete with a balcony overlooking Greenland Dock. It stays cool in the summer with a nice breeze and is very cozy in the winter, filled with natural sunlight.

The flat is a 6 bedroom shared home across 2 floors, featuring a large, bright open living room and kitchen, also facing the dock. There are two full bathrooms plus a separate toilet.

Your 5 flatmates are friendly and respectful people working mainly in the arts. We are looking for someone accepting and open-minded, we are a household leaning politically left-wing.

Please note that the room is next to the living room, and shares a wall with the neighbours flat, so it can occasionally be a bit noisy, but everyone is very mindful when using the living room/kitchen late at night or early in the morning.

Bills are quite manageable at around £100 per month. The flat also has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer although things do dry quickly in the living room.
