Hi, I’m Weile, a PhD student at Goldsmiths. I’m easygoing, tidy and respectful, and I’m looking for a female flatmate who would treat the flat as a calm and comfortable home rather than a party house :)

My flatmate will be moving out in September after finishing her studies, so the en-suite room will become available then.

📍 Location:
4 minutes’ walk to Surrey Quays station
6 minutes’ walk to Tesco Extra
8 minutes’ walk to Lidl
9 minutes’ walk to Canada Water Leisure Centre for gym, pool and fitness classes.

Southwark Park is just nearby, lovely for walks, running or getting some fresh air

Nice coffee spots around the corner, with pubs and restaurants just at the back of the street ✨

🏡 Apartment:
The room is in a first-floor 2b2b flat in a modern, well-maintained building, built around 5 years ago.

There is a spacious shared living room with an open kitchen, oven and dishwasher. We also have a separate washer and dryer, plus secure bike storage in the building.

I’m hoping to find someone quiet, tidy and considerate. Ideally, someone who also values cleanliness, mutual respect and personal space. I’m happy to have a friendly chat in the evening, cook together sometimes, or occasionally go out for coffee, drinks, food or walks, while also respecting each other’s routines and privacy.
