Hi! I’ll be moving out of London so I’m looking for someone to take over my double en-suite bedroom starting August 1st until they the end of the tenancy which is end of March 2027. (Slightly flexible on start date)

Who you’ll be living with:
You’ll be living with Adam (29), a materials engineer from the South Coast.

* Works mostly from home, in-office ~2x/week
* Super social, loves a cheeky pub or going out on the weekends🍻
* Also into wholesome plans like hikes & picnics 🌳

We’re ideally looking for a professional in their mid 20s to early 30s who’s friendly and open to actually being friends, not just coexisting.

💸 Rent

* £1,350 + bills
* Bills usually around £160–£180/month

* Furnished with bed (mattress included), bedroom mirror, and small desk. (I am open to selling everything in the room as pictured for a set price so the room is ready for move in)
