I’m looking for two flatmates to take the single and master bedrooms in our flat. In the past the small bedroom was able to fit a king sized bed so it can definitely fit a double bed if you would like.

The two rooms available:
• Master bedroom – £863 pcm. This room has its own private en suite bathroom.
• Single bedroom – £743.50 pcm. This room shares the main bathroom with me.

The flat is located in SE16 (Surrey Quays) and is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with an open plan shared kitchen and living room. The whole flat has balconies wrapped around it. The building also has a 24-hour concierge and private underground parking included.

Bills are approx £100-£120 pcm, and the tenancy starts from 11/07.
