I’ve been living here since August 2025 and have really enjoyed it. Unfortunately I’m moving for work but otherwise would have been happy to stay.

- 5 min walk to Surrey Quays Overground
- 8 min walk to Canada Water Station (Jubilee and Overground)
- 5 min walk to Tesco Extra supermarket and Surrey Quays Shopping Centre
- Close to Cycleway 4 connecting London Bridge and Greenwich
- A stone’s throw from beautiful and peaceful Greenland Dock, great for an evening walk
Rent: £800/month
Bills: About £120 per month (council tax, utilities, broadband)
Deposit: £923.08 (agency protected - managed by Winkworth)
Tenancy: managed by Winkworth agency. Flexible - find your replacement when you move out

- I’ll be moving out w/c 17th August but I’ll have paid rent until 31st August. Moving in should be possible from 22nd August (a few days earlier may be possible).
- The agency will do an employers and landlords reference along with a credit report (online)
