We are a friendly couple offering a spacious, fully furnished double bedroom in our home. The room is suitable for either single occupancy (£750 per calendar month) or double occupancy (£1,200 per calendar month).

Large window with plenty of natural light

Reasonable use of the shared kitchen and living room

We are the resident landlords and will continue to live in the property throughout your stay. We are friendly, respectful and easy-going, and we're looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and respectful of a shared home. Whether you're sociable or prefer your own space, we're happy to accommodate both.

Winter Electricity Contribution

Please note, to help cover the higher electricity costs during the colder months, there is an additional winter electricity contribution of £35 per person, per month, payable from 1 November to 31 March. This allows us to keep the standard monthly licence fee so low throughout the rest of the year.
