Renting a room in a 2 bed flat in Surry Quays in the lovely Greenland Place new build development. Large kitchen/living room, en-suite bathroom and choice out of the two bedrooms (one is a bit bigger and the other has a slightly bigger bathroom). Lovely balcony attached to larger bedroom with a view over trees. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage. All fully furnished, but happy to swap things out for anything you want to bring with you.

Building has a gym which is free to access and a shared large secure garden area.

Co-op is 2 mins walk, 2 really nice cafe's within 200m of the flat, and plenty more beyond that. Location is excellent with 10 min walk to Surrey Quays or 20 mins to Canada Water. Also plenty of bus stops nearby.

I am the leader of a nature conservation charity and travel often for work. I like to spend time outdoors, but am equally happy relaxing and watching TV.

Unique to this situation is that I only stay at the flat about 50% of the time, as I travel for long periods of time each year. Usually I am away Jan/Feb, April, August, Oct/Nov each year. When I am not there, you can use my room as an office and to host family & friends. When I am around, I don't treat the place like I am the owner and you are lodgers, because really it is yours entirely for most of the year - but I do appreciate you leaving me a shelf in the fridge and a cupboard!

Rent for a couple is £1650 pcm to account for increased bills. Rent is inclusive of bills inc council tax.
