Description

Hi!

My name is Segundo and my humans have trusted me with the important task of finding our next housemate.

We're looking for someone who'd enjoy living in a calm, friendly home where everyone respects each other's space and says hello when they come through the door (especially to me).

The available room is a bright furnished single bedroom with a comfortable bed ,a desk an a wardrobe, making it ideal whether you work from home or study.

The house is arranged over two floors and has:
• A shared bathroom with a shower.
• An additional WC.
• A spacious kitchen with double fridge and dining area.
• A comfortable living room.
• A lovely private garden with a couch and plenty space for storing a bike too or having bbq's.

The location is great too, it is just a 10 min walk to Surrey Quays Station(Overground) and 15 min walk to Canada Water (Jubilee line), with bus routes 1 and 381 nearby, making it easy to get around London. And of Course 5 min walk to Southwark Park, that has a gym and a lake. We have a big Tesco and Lidl nearby too. Where they got me treats.

About us, my parents are an artist and a filmmaker that works all day, sometimes from home, on the living room and sometimes outside. The other flatmate is my friend that is a cool lawyer and work all the time outside.

They love to talk in the living room, have some friends around from time to time and having a dance when it is their birthday.

Who we're looking for:

More than just a tenant, we'd love to find someone who genuinely enjoys sharing a home.

We think you'd fit in well if you're creative, organised, proactive, and enjoy helping keep shared spaces clean and welcoming. We also love having someone who enjoys a chat after work, values community, and appreciates the little things that make a house feel like home.

Our home is LGBTQ+ friendly, and we'd be especially happy to hear from people who are part of the community or who value living in an inclusive, respectful and welcoming environment.

If you love plants, cosy evenings, good conversations, and don't mind having a furry housemate following you around from time to time, you'll probably feel right at home here.

You don't have to be a dog person, but most love animals. I do appreciate the occasional ear scratch and will happily welcome you home after a long day bringing my ball.

I do occupy most of the spaces in the house, if you want me to come to your space I will come gladly, but if not, I won't do it. I am spoiled, but really well behaved.
