The house is situated in a well-connected neighbourhood with plenty of shops, cafés, and gyms nearby. It's the perfect place to settle in and explore the best of South East London. 👏

The house is 10 minutes walk to Surrey Quays station which is very connected to all parts of London and only 1 stop to Canada Water on the Jubilee tube underground line.

THE HOME 🏡
This beautifully refurbished six-bedroom house is thoughtfully spread over three floors, designed with comfort in mind. It features a spacious kitchen with all appliances and utensils ready to use - ideal for meals as well as a separate living room for chilling out or socialising 🥂

There are 3 shared bathrooms (between 5 people) and the 6th person has an en-suite. This ensures convenience and plenty of facilities for all housemates.🤌

Outside, there’s a large private garden, perfect for BBQs, outdoor dining, or simply enjoying the sunshine. ☀️🍖

We have beautiful double rooms available, each designed for comfort and functionality. Every room is finished to a high standard and comes fully furnished with everything you need: a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a sturdy desk and chair (optional), and a bedside table.😌

THE HOUSEMATES 👩‍💼👨‍💼
You'll be sharing this home with other friendly young professionals, typically in their 20s and 30s, who are likely similar to yourself. The atmosphere is sociable but respectful of everyone's space. We carefully select our tenants to ensure a great house dynamic, and you'll have the opportunity to meet everyone before you move in! 💯

THE BILLS 💷
The bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, superfast broadband, TV license, bi-weekly cleaner, bi-weekly gardener and in-house maintenance service to swiftly deal with any issues that may come up. The bills come to £100 per month (in addition to the monthly rent), and they are all managed for you by us.👍
