We’re looking for a friendly, respectful female professional to join our spacious three-bedroom home from September.

The room is fully furnished with a bed and wardrobe.

Rent: £810 per month (all bills included)
Deposit: £810

We’re looking for someone who would like to stay for at least 6 months, with the possibility of staying longer if we’re all happy.

Location
• 1 minute to the bus stop
• Around a 15–20 minute walk to Canada Water Station, or just 8 minutes by bus
• 3 minutes to Lidl
• Easy access to the Jubilee Line and Central London

You’ll be sharing with two professional women in a clean, quiet, and friendly home. We both have busy lives and value a peaceful, tidy environment, so we’re looking for someone who feels the same and wants to treat the house as a home.

The property is owner-occupied, and the landlady also lives in the house.

You’re welcome to have friends or your boyfriend visit, as long as it’s done respectfully and during reasonable hours, just as we do.
