Hi I’m Olivia, the current flatmate, and I’m helping my former flatmate Naima find someone to take over her room in our lovely 2 bed, 2 bath new-build flat.

She is moving out as she’s starting a new job that’s further away, so I’m looking for someone to take her room.

The flat has a building concierge, spacious living room, a large balcony and plenty of storage. The room is a good-sized double with your own private bathroom (bath and shower)

Location & transport

* Canada Water / Surrey Quays
* Bus stop directly outside the building, with buses taking you straight to the stations
* Canada Water and Surrey Quays are around 10–15 minutes walk away
* Plenty of Lime bikes (and other equivalents) available locally
* 2 minutes from the docks and riverside walks
* Multiple supermarkets, shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby
* Free leisure centre gym close by (weekends) and a Pilates studio next door plus pure gyms/ the gym group etc not far

The flat is very clean, quiet and well maintained. We’re looking for a female working professional who is not fully remote, although hybrid working (max 1 day at home) is fine.

The rent is inclusive of council tax, bills and home insurance, so there are no additional monthly bills to worry about.

Our current tenancy ends in mid-March, so this would suit someone looking for a longer-term home. The move-in date is flexible - ideally October but can be negotiated.
