I'm looking to sublet for November (1-30th) as I'll be travelling for work. I'm happy to be flexible with the dates, so feel free to get in touch even if you need slightly different dates.

The room & flat:

The flat has been recently refurbished throughout and is light, spacious and really well maintained. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.

The room comes fully furnished: double bed, bedside table, plenty of storage, desk and chair for working/studying, Private en-suite bathroom, Private balcony.

There is a large shared kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, plates, cutlery, etc.

You'll be sharing the flat with a 26-year-old professional woman doing a PhD in neuroscience.

All bills are included, including Wi-Fi, so there are no extra costs to worry about.
