Double room to rent in friendly flat Surrey Quays

We have one double room available in a furnished three bedroom modern flat in the Surrey Quays area.

The flat is approximately 7 minutes’ walk from Surrey Quays station (Overground) and 15 minutes from Canada Water (jubilee line) with great transport links into central London. There is a large shopping centre nearby and a 24 hour Tesco as well as gyms and parks.

We are 2 females (24 and 25) that know each other from university. We both work fulltime so weeknights are likely to be quieter but we enjoy socialising and going out for food and drinks regularly and would love a friendly housemate willing to join us.

Rent is £550 per month, this excludes bills which are likely to be approximately £80-£100.

On taking the flat you would need to pay the first month of rent(covering 26 July - 26 August),and a refundable deposit (at the end of tenancy) of £759- this is registered and secured with the agency through the deposit protection scheme.
