The house has carpet flooring throughout, double glazed windows, huge sitting room with three comfy sofas and television, spacious kitchen with all the appliances needed, toilet and bathroom with bath/shower.
A cleaner comes every two weeks to clean the communal areas (kitchen, living room, toilet and bathroom).
The house has a small front garden and off street parking is available for residents and visitors.

Located nearby Canada Water station (8m by bus), Surrey Quays overground (5m by bus) with a leisure centre nearby, local Tesco 5mins by foot, big shopping centre with a large Tesco 5mins by bus, boat transport 5 mins away by foot and bus stop just in front of the house which takes you directly to the overground, the shopping leisure facilities, Tesco and Canada Water tube station.
Other shops, laundrettes and GP surgeries, etc are located in a short walking distance from the house.

The price is £635 p/m + £200 deposit and all bills (including cleaner and a broadband internet) are included in the price.
