We will have a double room in our zone 2 flat to rent from the end of December- end of March whilst my husband and I are out of the country. The room comes fully furnished, and the flat is recently renovated. Your flat mate is my sister, she's a student and professional, friendly and tidy. Prospective flat mates must like cats- we have two (they're friendly, don't worry.) Rent includes all bills. Flat is just a 6 minute walk from Surrey Quays Overground station, or South Bermondsey rail- really well connected. Price would be £900 for a couple to share the room, or £750 for a single person. Young professionals with references preferred.
